AskArk (The Ark HQ™) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chain. We have zero tolerance for any form of modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

What is Modern Slavery?

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking. It involves the exploitation of people for personal or commercial gain.

Our Commitment

As a small business, we commit to:

  • Conduct our business ethically and transparently
  • Perform appropriate due diligence on our suppliers where possible
  • Avoid working with suppliers known to be involved in modern slavery practices
  • Raise awareness of modern slavery issues among our staff
  • Encourage reporting of concerns regarding modern slavery
  • Investigate any reported concerns promptly

Supplier Due Diligence

We will:

  • Request information about our key suppliers’ policies and practices regarding modern slavery
  • Include anti-slavery clauses in contracts with suppliers where appropriate
  • Terminate relationships with suppliers who are found to be involved in modern slavery
